Hiking through the Alpine Forest in the back of Thredbo, I came across this composition with snow falling through the valley onto the surrounding trees.
Snowflakes form when water vapor in the atmosphere freezes into ice crystals, which then grow and stick together to form snowflakes. The ever-changing coloured tree trunks and cold winter’s mist, made for a great composition.
