Kangaroo Island lies off the mainland of South Australia, southwest of Adelaide, and is home to an abundance of wildlife and nature reserves. Within the Flinders Chase National Park at the West end of Kangaroo Island lies one of the Island’s signature landmarks which are believed to be 500 million years in the making.

Remarkable Rocks are a cluster of granite boulders, sculptured not by human intervention but by rain, wind, and waves. Truly a gift from Nature with the sheer size and colour formation of the rocks demanding awe and curiosity from the beholder. I captured the beauty of this natural image at sunset, accentuating the contrast in colours from the warm orange hues of the rocks and skyline against the cool blue ocean backdrop.
