The Mundi Mundi Plains is a vast expanse of flat, arid land located in New South Wales, Australia, about 35 kilometers north of the town of Broken Hill. The area is known for its stunning sunsets and vast open spaces, with views stretching as far as the eye can see.
The Mundi Mundi Plains is a popular filming location and has been used in several well-known films and television shows, including the Mad Max series, The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and the television series The Flying Doctors.
The area is also important to the local Aboriginal people, and contains several significant cultural sites. The land is believed to have been inhabited by Aboriginal people for tens of thousands of years and contains evidence of their presence, including rock art and stone tools.
Captured this iconic Australian outback image just as the first rays of light were shimmering across the Outback atmosphere.
